And based on my experience at BX, I think I’m supposed to tell you you should be wearing boardies, but I’ve no idea why.

There’s a law.  I checked.

State or federal?
Just want to know in case there’s someplace I can go over there where I don’t have to wear the stupid things.

Just cos you have chicken legs….thats not our fault! wink

Cleans - could try turning the elbows out to the side to hamper the early arm bend.  TBH though I think you could bear rebuilding your clean from the ground up as it presently resembles a deadlift with a jump.  No identifiable sign of a first and second pull in it’s current form.  It’s certainly doing the job with reasonable metcon loads, my gut feel though is that it will hit a wall pretty quickly with any significant loads.

Pull ups - the trapeze bar is an interesting beast and you are looking strong on it.  That said, you are not popping the hip at all (see knees staying up) which would certainly make CTB a load easier.

Swings - height is fine, you could make them easier for yourself by keeping the bell in contact with the body until you pop the hip.  You can see that you start to swing the shoulder bringing the bell away from your crotch before you pop the hip.  In an ideal world the bell should literally be propelled forward by the hip/ crotch as it pops.  I’ve often suggested to our male athletes to pretend it was a pretty blond that you wanted to “have relations with” - they seem to get the idea ...

Super strong work - the suggestions above will only increase your efficiency and allow you to avoid muscular fatigue.

Cheers, kempie

Municipal.  Pretty much specific to anyone training in the radius of GD . . . .

Do you know how tall he is?  Those are Emu legs for sure . . . .

And to be honest . . . I would have never put Julie and “Choirboy” in the same sentence, but live and learn . . .

I have no problem with shorts, well I do, but technically it’s other people being blinded by my white legs and blaming me for it. It’s flimsy long underwear being used as training gear that I object to.

I like my army surplus cargos. Pockets galore and with a good belt a load carrying capacity exceeded only by those miniature semis the Americans call pick-ups..

I’ve often suggested to our male athletes to pretend it was a pretty blond that you wanted to “have relations with” - they seem to get the idea ...

At risk of setting Red off again, “maximum penetration” is Greg Everett’s cue for this movement during the o. lifting seminars apparently.

I of course have no idea what either of you are talking about.  angel
