I’m a little shy at this…my first post. Today is my Crossfit birthday!
I ran 3 miles in 45 minutes nonstop on my treadmill. Farthest ever. Walked the last .1 miles.

Ran 5k(3.1 miles), wow, that sucked. 31 minutes on the nose. I hate running…

Police PCT - Obstical course 1.56 -  85% effort - Not that hard but aiming for sub 1.50 next time. It was all in the sprint. Recovery was very good - last time was 2.05 and wanted to puke for 2 hrs and it ruined my day.

This time was extremely managable and could have repeated several times.. probably would have gone faster too! LOL

No 5km today. Travel to Nelson 5hours of driving…. dance
