Yowza!  I really can’t imagine the length of time and amount of skin/blood loss it would take me to complete all 5 rounds.  Pretty happy that Chad took it easy on us and chose to miniaturize this one.  Eva’s a beast.

Haven’t posted in a while…although the workouts have been awesome.  I read the post wrong and counted for the entire WO.  12 minutes (excluding the 3 min rest times each round).

Whoa! 12 minutes and you did weighted squats? Holy cow.  They are supposed to be air squats, but wow . . .

For instance, I do Barbara “lite”.  I get the first set of pullups, then I MIGHT get the second round of 10 but likely not, and then I break the others into 5-5.  Then at the end probably 3-3-3-1.

This is a really evil wod, if you go fast.

Wow, that was good advice on breaking them up, it got really tough at the end.

Barbara Lite:

1. 3:38
2. 3:17
3. 3:35
4. 4:08
5. 4:22

I stumbled out to my car and sat there for 20 minutes before I could actually convince myself that I was alive enough, and had enough strength in my arms to be able to drive home.  What a workout!
