BI- 1500m rower

Puppies:
“Barbie”

Five rounds, each for time of:
5 Pull-ups         (beginner)
10 Push-ups
15 Sit-ups         (feet anchored under bench)
20 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

1:59 1:54 1:50 1:47 1:43

practice kipps x 3

CO- 1500m rower

Should the times have increased after each round?  I felt like I could have done more of everything except the pull-ups. So weak at those.

I guess I should have done Barbara ‘Lite’ but thought I should be able to do unassisted pull-ups to move up to that one.  Was I wrong question confused

Monday (Memorial Day)
Nice family hike - 4.3 miles in about 2 hours.

Tuesday
Crossfit Total
back squat: 205, 210, 215 (tied PR)
shoulder press: 105, 110, 115PR(new 1 rep benchmark)
deadlift: 205, 225, 235PR

cash out
max sit-ups in 1 min: 44PR

It’s nice to hit multiple personal records in the same workout.  Looking at Sunday’s log, I see it’s pretty common with CFT.

“CrossFit Total” as I am a couple days behind.

Back squat, 1 rep (sub front squat, power cleaned)
Shoulder Press, 1 rep (also power cleaned)
Deadlift, 1 rep

Front Squat = 155-165-175 (Failed on the clean)
Press = 125-135-140 (f)
Deadlift = 315-320(PR)–325(PR)
Total = 625 (+50 from last CFT)

Even though I know I am leaving a lot of points on the table due to being unable to back squat, I am pretty happy with my progress.

But gassed at rnd4 times stayed around 5 and6 min rnds . Now it has
Become kind of personal between her and I .Question is should I keep

Some days you gotta win the battles too . .  I’d scale about 75% of the time . . . get some rounds down to 3 minutes and then every once in a while have a go at the full beast . . .

W/U
5 pull-ups
20 squats
25 push-ups

Barbara Liteish
5 RFT
10 pull-ups
20 push-ups
30 sit-ups
40 squats

3:02; 2:55; 4:00, XXX, XXX

My workout got cut short. I got bumped off of the pull-up bars by a platoon of a@@e@ going into round 4. Was extremely peed about this one. I really wanted to finish this one since it was my first time doing it. But I can walk away with unbroken pull-ups, push-ups and sit-ups. Squats were broken but never less than 15. I’m going to hit a CFE WOD first thing in the morning. Probably do it as a run since the only time I can get to a rowing machine is after 10am.

Barbara Lite.

Again no stopwatch - I’ll get one some day. My previous times for this have been in the 3 - 3:30 range; this time didn’t feel much different, though I got all the pull-ups in a single set. The situps seemed a bit slower and the squats a bit faster. Anyway, it got me really tired.

A while back I tried Barbara on a child care day and it was really difficult.
