CFWU then 3 rounds 400m run & 30 squats (Puppy/Pack modified as forgot to make note of what the WOD was and got it a little wrong once I was at the gym)
Time: somewhere approx 7 1/2 mins as didn’t have my stopwatch either.
Compares to 3 rounds 400m / 20 squats in 7:50 on 13th Oct 08.
Seeing as this is my first Rest Day where I don’t feel the need to just lay there and recover , I’m gonna hit some skills practice today…handstands, L-sits, etc.
The first thing I do every morning now is check on the main page to see what delightful concoction coach has in store. It’s like a drug…
been a bit slack with a few posts :( aswell as being slack in general
last friday

Actually rested yesterday and did Barbara-Light today. I’m not sure how everybody else does this, but I posted my Barbara results in the Barbara WOD thread thinking that it would be easier for me to find it when I wanted to go back and refer to it the next time it came around.
18:45 Modified Pack 30/20/19 Half body weight plus 50/59/50 sdhp
I had a very difficult time with the sdhp which surprised me. maybe result long weekend but did not feel could make the 50/100/200 at all. no problem with the weight.
Five rounds, each for time. Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Post time for each of five rounds to comments:

Love this workout. Starting to have an easier time doing pull-ups, looking leaner, working harder. I think I’ll be making the transition to pack in the next few weeks. He11 yeah!

Time really sucked but I’ve been feeling abit overtrained and actually degressing. Leaving Afghanistan tomorrow for a much needed break. Will be back on June 20th.
