Rest Day on http://CrossFit.com

Skill Day on http://CrossFitKids.com

The mainpage of CrossFit directs new people here for help getting started.  CF can be confusing enough for a newbie, we want to make it as easy as possible for them.  We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies.

Seeing as this is my first Rest Day where I don’t feel the need to just lay there and recover smile , I’m gonna hit some skills practice today…handstands, L-sits, etc.

The first thing I do every morning now is check on the main page to see what delightful concoction coach has in store.  It’s like a drug…

Warmup with rower 5 min and stretching.

3 sets for time:
  500m row
  21 DB Swings (35lb)
  12 Pullups (70lb, 100lb, 100lb assist)

Really struggled on Pullups, starting to feel the difference when I get me hips thrusting correctly on the Swings (and the Clean practice yesterday).

Actually rested yesterday and did Barbara-Light today.  I’m not sure how everybody else does this, but I posted my Barbara results in the Barbara WOD thread thinking that it would be easier for me to find it when I wanted to go back and refer to it the next time it came around.
