090527 WOD #36 “Barbara”
Puppies:
“Barbie”
Five rounds, each for time of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Sit-ups
20 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Post time for each of five rounds to comments
1- 1:06
2- 1:13
3- 1:14
4- 1:19
5- 1:43
The pullups were killing me on the last set, I had to break them up into 2-1-1-1… and the situps were a bit slower than the other rounds. I still did this a bit faster than I should have, but I don’t think I would be even close to hitting the pullups on “Barbara Lite”
