It’s Tuesday morning.  How many of you are walking after last nights workout.  Any one having trouble putting on their shirt today?  On the more serious side last night’s workout was a CrossFit standard called Chelsea.  It involved performing:
15 squats
10 Pushups
5   Pullups
every minute on the minute for 30 minutes.  How many of you were able to do all the rounds?  How many did more rounds than the last time?  We will do this workout again in the next quarter.  If you made the 30 rounds, add one to each of the exercise next time. (16 squats, 11 pushups, 6 pullups).

I have completed this at a +2.  Last night rounds 1-15 +1, 16-20 +2, 21-25 +3, 26-30 staright sets.  character71.gif

I got through 20 full rounds, and 7 rounds doing only 10 squats - my hamstring is still tight.  I like that workout though.  I had no problems this morning, I went surfing before work!

I definitely did more rounds than last time.  Next time I’m all over all 30

I did a full 17 rounds. Then I dropped out. I think I finished about four more full ones after that, but not in the time frame. My butt is a little sore, I think that’s more from Jeff’s happy birthday work out then from cross fit.

Chelsea is 30 minutes timed.  I think you meant Diane Top Dog.

Chelsea kicked my butt!

Oh. My. Gawd!

That was rough. At least I made it 25 minutes - I came in late.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

I went through all 30 rounds and I am not sore at all.  Maybe I didn’t work it hard enough.  My legs felt a little stiff but not real bad.  I might have to +2 it next time. Of course, I tried out the weight vest and did pull-ups total of 10 after Chelsea which was pretty cool.  But I have to say going through all that and then trying to do toe-ups. I think I did like 10 total out of the whole time.

Shadow, usually I don’t really start feeling sore until the next night, about 24 hrs after. My arms are stiff from pullups and pushups and probably I will be hating life later this evening!
