Good gravy, that looks like fun.  smile  I hope some day those pull up numbers won’t look so darn intimidating.

Sweet, so tomorrow I get to throw down 5x5 OHS, followed by a Pack-level Run/Pull-up WOD.  Nice.

I’ll have to try to minimize the whole ‘walking’ thing on Friday, then. smile

Get some.

Dont think this one is going to happen due to the quarter sized tear in the palm of my hand thanks to “Erin”....Looked at Rifs blog on how to tape your hands however I don’t think I’ll get past the pain of more pull-ups..Or should I just MAN UP!?!?

5 x 5 OHS

5 x 10 kg, 5 x 15 kg, 5 x 20 kg, 3 x 22 kg (wrist hurting), 2 x 20 kg (wrist hurting)

Shut this one down early because my wrist was acting up again. Looking forward to the run/pull-up WOD tomorrow!

I try to look in the CrossFit excersice video/demos but I did not find anything about the Biginner Pull-Ups…

Can some one point me in the right direct tion?

For the OHS 5-5-5-5-5
i got 100#-100#-100#-115#-100#-100# (My Legs could take more but I’m nursing a Bad shoulder)

The balancing portion of the excercise was the toughest for me.
ALso I did not had a se up at my Gym where I could dump the bar…

Looking forward to today’s wod.  Gonna try puppies.  Is it normal to be puppy for one workout then maybe pack for another, or should I stick all with puppies?

Same here. Just tape it up. The pain in u’re forearm will overcome the pain in the tear.

Very normal.  Some stuff you’re just naturally better at.  No reason to stick with a puppies level if it won’t do you any good and no reason to be bull headed and do porch just because “you always do porch” if it’s too much.
