Man, this was a great one, but it knocked me out.

I did sort of an “in-between” of pack and puppies.

Warm up:
1.8 Mile trail run

Pack:
Five rounds for time of:
55 pound Thrusters, 21 reps
21 Double-unders

Puppies:
Three rounds for time of:
15-20 pound Thrusters, 15 reps
15 Double-unders

Three rounds for time:
45 pound thrusters, 21 reps
21 Double unders (subbed - tuck jumps)
14:45

Cash out:
20 sit ups
20 assisted pull ups.

Maybe the heat and humidity took some of my vigor today; it’s the warmest that I’ve run in this season.

090607 - Thrusters, double-unders

Puppies:
Three rounds for time of:
15-20 pound Thrusters, 15 reps
15 Double-unders

5:34

Tried for another two rounds with a much slower 12:42. Was pretty out of breath on this one, it’s been awhile since I’ve done a cardio WOD.

2. 2:28
3. 2:30
4. 2:30
5. 2:25. (got a little better b.c i was able to do 10 DU’s.)

It’s a thing they do at Brand X.  Means “warm up”.

And after the workouts you’ll see “Cash Out” which is often various skill work and stuff.
