I took a break from the last three WOD’s as waking up at 6am and doing them before work was draining me. However the mini break allowed me to recharge and I’m ready to get some!

Hi Guys,

Back on the Cross Fit wagon after three away due to house moving, decorating and getting my apartment ready for letting!

Love this WOD, hamstrings don’t though!!

Subbed 100ft lunge for 30 lunges.

W/U 5 mins jog.

Completed the BIGDAWG in 15min 40secs.

Looking forward to tomorrow!!

I saw this WOD posted last night before I went to bed.  I could barely sleep.  I felt like someone awaiting their execution.  Last time this one fried me.  I’m at work all day I’ll have to do it when I get home.  Oh, the anticipation.
