Keep up the hard work, everyone.  I’ll catch up when I’m back in Texas!

Question guys… what is a “strict” pull up? and when doing the pull ups, am I suppose to be doing dead hang?

Also, are the walking lunges with no weights?

Thanks! Can’t wait to do this… even though I did the Hang clean workout yesterday and my back is wrecked.

Puppies scale with assisted pull-ups (50lbs machine)
Time 13:05.  Next time I need to pull more of my weight on pull-ups.  Overall I felt great during the WOD and never felt like I need to quit during it.  That’s a first!  I will go harder & faster with heavier pull-ups next time!!  Fun workout!  grin

Well, no one will call me a mathematician after this one. I measured out the distance in my gym for lunges and incorrectly converted it. My first two rounds of 100 feet lunges were actually 100 yards and 40 yards, respectively, before wondering “why are my legs feeling so wobbly right now?”

I did 33 lunges in place of 100ft, strict pull-ups, and anchored sit-ups.  I had to break up the 12-15-18 pull-ups to get them all.  Today time was about 30 minutes.  I need a new watch battery.

Felt like I could have ratcheted up the intensity more, but my form was pretty decent.
