Yeah, okay.  Somehow my brain just screwed this one all up.

I didn’t get that we were meant to do 3 rounds of this JT.  So I did 15 dumbbell shoulder lifts (25 lbs in each hand), 12 bench dips and 9 push-ups and, while my arms were feeling it, I didn’t understand why it was so short.  Sigh. I guess I will try this one later today at home with the heaviest weights I have (10 lbs).

Then I did CFE

12% incline
8 rounds
run 30 sec, rest 20 sec

PHEW.  These 12% incline runs are brutal!

No time.  Failed to start clock and didn’t realize it until the end of round 1.  No problem, I was just glad to get through the WOD, regardless of time.  Could barely do push-ups by the time I finished (frankly, the first round of push-ups was tough after elevated push-ups and bench dips).

“Jackie” at Crossfit KOP

1000m row
45# thrusters, 50 reps
30 pullups

7:27 pr (03/06/09 was 10:07)

pretty happy with this time. Row felt good, maybe could have gone a touch harder. Thrusters were 20/10/10/10 and pullups were 10/5/5/5/5. Forearms were burning after this one.

Day 7 of the Burpee Challenge.

Where in the explanation for this WOD does it say three rounds? This is not very clear. The main site Hero WOD descriptions doesn’t say three rounds either.

Thank you JT - I’m sorry I screwed this one up!

“J.T.” Rxed….ish
21-15-9
Handstand pushups (partials)halfway down
Ring dips
Pushups
10:39 HSPU were halfway down to start but eventually ended up 1/4 way down. Once again after ringdips the pushups felt like I had a truck on my back. This is always a cool WOD

Haha. Good job. I know the feeling on the HSPU. Got a feeling this one will be on the plate at the gym sometime this week. The trainers are sadistic like that. But oh well I will live, I guess. We will see how I feel on Tuesday for strength day. Glad today is a rest day for me.

what’s up bro I’ve been on a bit of a rest myself was supposed to be a 5 day but turned into 2 day doms after cindy were brutal . I’ve been kinds obsessed with the olys lately.

Yeah, you’re right.  It doesn’t say.  It’s just understood.  Because oddly, three rounds for time 21-15-9 isn’t THAT much more clear.
Could be worse.  A friend attempted and finished three rounds of the three rounds one time: 21-15-9-21-15-9-21-15-9.

Don’t worry, now you know.  Feel free to ask for a clarification.  This stuff is weird.
