Puppy, three rounds for time of:
12 L Pull-ups (Beginner or assisted pull ups okay)
15 ft. Rope climb, 1 ascent (sub 3 beginner rope climbs if you are unable to climb)
9:06
Did approximately 7 L pull-ups the first round, 5 the second round, and 2 the third round…finished each set with regular, then jumping. Subbed towel pull-ups for rope climb. Did 15 for each round…had to break them up every time, alternating hands. Wish I had a rope so I could better assess where I’m at.

Crossfit KOP did the row/burpee/run wod from a few days ago…luckily that was a day that I skipped so I got to experience the pain today
3 rft:
row 500m
21 burpees
run 400m
16:03
totally smoked at the end but happy about the time. being at an affiliate definitely pushes you harder than doing wods alone.

Went to check out a new affiliate up here in SAC. I need to find some place to get that community feel that was so great at Brand X. This place is not Brand X but it was good, the people there were really nice and had a good garage feel to it. Then came the part where I found out how bad I have been lately. This is just the kick in the pants to get me started again.

“No, maybe I can’t win. Maybe the only thing I can do is just take everything he’s got. But to beat me, he’s going to have to kill me. And to kill me, he’s gonna have to have the heart to stand in front of me. And to do that, he’s got to be willing to die himself. I don’t know if he’s ready to do that. I don’t know.”

Three rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
21 Burpees
Run 400 meters
19:05
It was my rowing that sucked today. I think this translates into “I still need more burpees”

A little light for me, but I quit my gym membership to start a garage gym, and 190#‘s is all the weight I have now.
