Rest Day on http://CrossFit.com

Skill Day on http://CrossFitKids.com

The mainpage of CrossFit directs new people here for help getting started.  CF can be confusing enough for a newbie, we want to make it as easy as possible for them.  We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies.

Bah, we just had one of these 4 days ago…  smile  Oh well, considering it would have been my 3rd official day on Cross Fit, I’m kinda glad all the same.

Enjoy your day off and be ready for tomorrow!

My Body really took a nice beating this week….  cry
Between the all challenging CF WOD’s, the running/cycling/swimming - CFE stuff
and my ache body and banged up knee…. I still loving it!!!

This stuff has transformed my Body & Life!!!! My Friends are getting tire of hearing me
talk about CF this and CF that…. But deep inside I know they see what CF has done for me

So today for my surprise 2 of my good friends did the FS WOD with me…. They want to get into it!!!!
I’m very happy with that.

I have been doing some of the CFE stuff 3 times a week for ~7-8 weeks and I have seen a lot of improvement on my cycling and swimming!!!! (my running has improve but not as much as the other 2 sports). I have done several multi-sport sprints by my self and I have survive them (Swim/Bike/Run)..... So I signed my self up to my first Official Triathlon sprint in Tempe, AZ in 9/26/09 (750M swim/12.1 Mile Bike/5Krun)

Any sugestions on how to help me in the next month to try to improve the running time?

Any good avise on how to avoid getting run over while swimming with 200 other people at the same time?
(I’m training in the pool by my self and I have heard storys about guys getting run over by other swimmers)

Tomorrow i will Honor the Rest Day and will go to my Daughters Soccer game!

From Friday:
“Tabata Something Else”

Pullups: 6-6-3-4-3-3-3-3 = 31

Pushups: 19-10-7-3-3-3-2-2 = 49

Situps: 11-12-10-8-7-6-6-7 = 67

Squats: 14-12-12-10-10-10-10-11 = 89

Total = 236

This was almost a repeat of my first CF workout in May!  A lot has changed since then! Back then I couldn’t even finish all 8 rounds of the pushups, and after the squats I could barely walk for a week.  And now I’m walking just fine!  Thanks Crossfit!  worship
