These days there’s dudes gettin’ facials, manicured, waxed and botoxed. With deep spray-on tans and creamy lotiony hands you can’t grip a tackle box.

Yeah, with all of these men linein’ up to get neutered it’s hip now to be feminized. I don’t highlight my hair, I’ve still
got a pair. Yeah, honey I’m still a guy.

Oh my eyebrows ain’t plucked there’s a gun in my truck. Oh thank god, I’m still a guy.

Does the Pack not have to jump one foot above max standing reach?  Also, would the progression given by Jeff Tucker be suitable instead of another sub, like seated muscle-ups?  I’m talking about this one:

The CF standard sub for Muscle ups is
1 muscle up = 3 pullups + 3 Dips

(Scaled) 5 Pullups (70lb assist), 10 Burpees (15 first round)
  5 sets for time
Warmup with rope and some Burpees to learn movements
Workout - 10:38, Burpees are TOUGH!!!!
Cooldown

Did assisted pullups without thinking that a dip would have been a great sub.  Didn’t see the standard CF sub of 3+3 until after workout.

Burpees tore me up.  I am out of condition!!

On Friday, August 14th did:

Run 800 meters for time:

round 1: 2:38
round 2: 2:53

And then I had to cut it short.  Seemed like I was doing well, and athough my PR on this was 2:35, this might have been a better effort, since the last time was on a track and this time was a hilly circuit around a pond.

On Sunday, August 16th did:

Death by pullups:

10 rounds + 8

The skin ripped on my palm in round 10.  I really wanted round 11, but just couldn’t get it.

Ryan-Scaled to Pack

5 rounds
5 seated muscle ups
15 burpees

13:02

Quick question, not sure I was doing the seated muscle ups correctly… When you pull up and through what position should you finish in?  i.e heels on floor, shoulders dipped or do you push up, extend elbows lifting feet off floor? Does that make any sense at all????
