“Ryan” - Pack
5 Rounds for time of:
5 GSX progression pull-ups (on knees)
15 Burpees

Jump rope + OL practice 15 lb. bar

13:06

I put the rings a bit above my head while on the knees.  In the gym, I thought that I scaled too light on the rings, but I guess I did pretty well based on the Brand X times.

Ok well another active rest day. I guess you could call 200+ kb swings/ lifts in the morning then about another 150 in the afternoon rest.

No access to a gym today so my Nephew and i hit it this morning with our made up WOD.

AMRAP in 20 minutes of: 400m run, 20 kettlebell swings, 20 push ups, 20 air squats

4rds + 400m + 13 kb swings.

This was a high met-con w/o and left us both gased for the rest of the day!

I’ll catch up with Ryan later in the week.

‘Ryan’ As RX’d.  Had to sub pull-ups and dips for the muscle-ups, then had to go to beginner pull-ups when I reached fatigue.  Didn’t keep time.  But I did the whole thing in around 45 minutes.

So you know for future posts, “As RX’d” means done without substitutions or modifications. Literally “as prescribed”.
