Double-under for 2 minutes
Sit-up for 2 minutes
Double-under for 90 seconds
Sit-up for 90 seconds
Double-under for 1-minute
Sit-up for 1-minute
Double-under for 30 seconds
Sit-up for 30 seconds

120: 48/62
90: 28/40
60: 17/25
30: 25/15
Total: 118/142

I still haven’t mastered double-unders, so the totals represent the number of actual double-unders plus a whole lot of mess ups. Going from 60 to 30 sec I actually strung a whole bunch together, hence the higher total on the 30. This is definitely a skill I should work on more often.

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

8 rounds + 8 pullups

Had to break up sets after 7 rounds.

Wasn’t sure how this one was going to go as I almost never practice double unders.  I was pleased to be able to string some together, but displeased that my performance was really bad by the 30 sec. round. I had gym issues too, soon after I had a bench set up for sit ups, someone moved it and a kind, supportive older gentleman insisted on trying to have a conversation with me.  I ended up stopping the clock a couple of times, so I had more rest than I should have (I admit I liked the rests).  Better luck next time I guess…

Practice Double-under for 2 minutes
Sit-up for 2 minutes
Practice Double-under for 90 seconds
Sit-up for 90 seconds
Practice Double-under for 1-minute
Sit-up for 1-minute
Practice Double-under for 30 seconds
Sit-up for 30 seconds

I’ll practice double unders beforehand. What about subbing tuck jumps during the wod itself?

>>>

practiced double unders for 20 min after cfwu - couldn’t get one good one (although the boz/todd link does have good tangible pointers…)

so I did this with tuck jumps instead
round 1: 173 total (90 tucks + 83 situps)
round 2: lost count
round 3: lost count
round 4: 41 total (25 tucks + 16 situps)

rounds 2 & 3 probably average to 40 total/30 seconds = 400 +/-
