Moved up to pack this time around. I’ve been a little lax with working out this past week, but I went full force with this…silly move. I have been hobbling everywhere I go for the last two days. Hopefully I can get back up to speed starting tonight.

I have a question for Mary. 10 one legged squat alternating, does that mean 10 total (5 on each legs, each rep count as one) or 20 total (10 on each leg, you have to do both legs to count one rep)?

Been stupid busy at work so I’ve missed posting for a while… but I bin goin’.
Warm-Up
Run 400m
DROMS
Turkish Get-Ups: 2.5Pd KB, both hands
CFS Lvl 2 WOD 090824 - Lunges & Knees-To-Elbows
3 Rounds For Time:
50 x Lunges
25 x K2E
11:07
Cool-Down
Stretches
Tough WOD. Lately we’ve been hitting a lot of gymnastic type movements. K2E, Muscle-Ups, Skin-the-Cats (in warm-ups), parallete jump throughs… it all shows me how much I have to work on. Being a 6 foot 2, 215# rugby player doesn’t really lend itself to holding a lever for very long… or at all.

This is my first time doing this type of workout, but here is the workout I did and the time.
Lunges 100ft, pull-ups (non-assisted), and sit-ups. I completed the Rx’d workout: 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6.
Time: 15:40
The workout was really tough (I wasnt standing when I finished), and also I did take a couple of breaks to readjust grip (slipping), but I gave it all I got!
NICEJOB!!! sounds like you got it right . I feel form and intensity together are the key . On to the next WOD !!!!!!
