The mainpage of CrossFit directs new people here for help getting started. CF can be confusing enough for a newbie, we want to make it as easy as possible for them. We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies. If they show up here for the first time and have to wade through 5-10 posts before we have a chance to scale for them, it can make it more difficult.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

A large scoop of pain with a creamy suck filled center in a reduction of misery garnished with blisters and a sprig of utter exhaustion . Why do you ask?

Misery, despair, pain, heavy panting, large amounts of sweat oozing and dripping on the floor, large men huffing and puffing while some girl is yelling at you…ahh just another day at home, I mean Crossfit. Do we need to say what the next day is going to bring now?

Dude, better then Disney World when I was a kid!
I was really hesitant to order a good bar (got the B&R) thinking that my old bar from Wal Mart would work. Holy cow what a difference. It like the difference between a stay-wag and a sports car.

hello, maybe a silly question, but, could i do the snatches with a 40kg kettlebell? i mean, of course, 2 hands on the kettlebell.
Thanks!
