We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

It is official- Just do not know how many/which days at Brand X
tentatively Friday Sept 16th at BX, Sat 17th at Coach Burgeners/Vista and Sunday not sure- There are some standout presenters planned…

We have had several questions about the cost for the certification..
It is non negotiable- sort of like the Zone diet.
People are traveling across the world for this.
It is an invaluable experience.

CrossFit does offer flexible payment schedules, so if you
make it a priority -you can do it.

This was on the CrossFit site. Mikki and I have three people confirmed staying at our house, a fourth possible, we cannot take in anyone else. Maybe someone who has recieved a benefit from CrossFit would be willing to extend themselves a little.

Attending the San Diego certification seminar and looking for place to stay or others wishing to share a hotel.
