The mainpage of CrossFit directs new people here for help getting started.  CF can be confusing enough for a newbie, we want to make it as easy as possible for them.  We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies.  If they show up here for the first time and have to wade through 5-10 posts before we have a chance to scale for them, it can make it more difficult.

It must be a trick, because it’s certainly not a treat.

Hand wraps might not be a bad idea for this one. That is alot of pullups. I usually get blood blisters around 70 and tears around 95.

“Nate”
Puppies:
Complete as many rounds in 12 minutes as you can of:
2 Squat Muscle-ups sub pullups assisted/dips (5/1) (rounds 3 &4 4/1)
4 Push ups
8 12kg Kettlebell swings

4 rounds

Been down for over a week, and I felt every rep.

Wednesday 091028
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps
Sandbag: 50-70-80-90-100

I shouldered every round from ground. It made for some interesting rounds, Just to get the bag on my back I could feel every tweak and pain if the bag got even a little bit off balance.
I cashed out with some running. I use the podcast Get fit Pod, music is not my cup of tea but the HIIT tempo is great.

Just so we can scale properly, what is the target time range for this workout?

My gut (maybe GD will chime in when the sun hits the west coast) but I think scaling to accomplish this is 15-20 min is appropriate (there are probably some big dawgs that can go as rx’d in under 15???).  Personally, if I went as rx’d (I wouldn’t) I would be lucky to finish in under 40min. Since it’s a metcon, but a large cycling chipper, I would say max time is 30 minutes or it’ll turn into a slog. Kinda rambling (no coffee yet coffee ) but I hope this helps.
