Hey Guys,

I have recently heard about Crossfit. Looks awesome. Since I’m a beginner in Crossfit matter I will need your help. I’ve been training Ultimate Frisbee - “the BEST SPORT you’ve nEVER heard of”. I really want to improve my leg work. I want to jump higher, run faster and cut stronger than ever before (especially jump higher since my vet is only 20”). I’m 23 yrs old. 5’10” and 175lb. Any ideas on exercises I should do? I was told that lunging, dead lifts and squats with weights will do wonders! Do you guys have a workout program that includes exercises for the abilities I want to improve?

Best,

Oscar

Welcome!

There’s only one routine around here, it’s Crossfit.  Read your intro email, and through the beginners forum.  You won’t get “do x on thursday or y 3 days a week”.
