Thanks, GD, and Mikki too. You make a safe place to share.
You know what is really scary, that faint line you can see around my waist is from wearing jeans that didn’t fit for too many years. I’m thinking that might go away over time.
In January 2002 I was wearing size 16 jeans. 16 petite. “Jumbo Shrimp”. LOL.
I tried on some size 7s in the Levi Strauss store the other day. I could button them, but that’s not good enough for me. Now, they have to be COMFORTABLE before I buy them.

We have too many heroes lost and not enough workout days to commemorate them. I think it’s fitting to always think of the men and women in service, whether military or peace officers and public safety, as we do our workouts. A bit of motivation to throw a little of our sweat and maybe a drop of blood on the floor in their honor.

Wow!
Amazing results! Great work Laura!
I agree, you have to be brave to share photos of your midsection, no matter the forum. I would, but the before and after would look too much alike  !
Hey, off topic:
I WANT TO THROW HEAVY THINGS!!!
There, I feel better. I’ll let you know when I get the kilt. If you guys are going to any Highland Games, please let me know when.

Don’t forget Ron, I’ve seen you, so that Fat Old Guy excuse doesn’t fly with me. I’m sure you’ve got the 6-pack to prove me right! Come on’ cough up the pixels!
LOL.
We are definitely going to the games. Stay tuned.

Thanks Jeff, I send it to her.
Tell Mike I said hello and I’m still planning a trip to his gym; hopefully before the contest!
Also, let me know what I can do to helpther than just showing up with my pretty legs in a kilt!
