54 minutes total as Rx’d! Plus 39 squats and 14 pull-ups

I did this wod outside in the snow in Vermont, so I didn’t have a place to record how many total squats, pull-ups, or push-ups I did…But it was a shit load!

With a continuously running clock, squat for 60 seconds. Subtract the number of squats completed from 60, and do that many pull-ups in minute two. In minute three, squat again, subtracting the number completed from 60. Do that number of push-ups in minute four. Minute five is squatting again, and minute six pull-ups.

The pattern is squats, pull-ups, squats, push-ups, squats, pull-ups, etc. The goal is to stay within the workout’s formula for as long as possible.

Don’t do more than 60 squats in any round.

In any case, stay moving for 12 minutes.

Post results to comments.

Squat 48, Pull 12
Squat 38, Push 22
Squat 33, Pull 15
Squat 30, Push 20
Squat 30, Pull 12
Squat 25, Push 22

Squats 204, Pull-ups 39, Push-ups 64

That sucks.

In the event you missed to complete the number of push ups/pull ups, does it mean your finish/done with the WOD?

NB,

That’s the idea, with the caveat that you go 12 minutes.  So if you miss in the first 12 minutes, then you just start your squats again.

We misread the directions and stopped at 12 minutes, which was sort of frustrating to find out afterward.  Regardless, we’re very sore from all the squats.

So in 12 minutes, I totaled: 328 squats, 11 pull-ups and 21 push-ups.

Mark totaled 351 squats, 5 pull-ups, and 4 push-ups.  He did 4 full 60 squat-sets.
