After taking the weekend off b/c family was visiting. I’m back.
The pullup bar was exactly at hand height. I was only planning on doing 25 burpee pullups but decided to go for 50 when I did reach 25. I took a split time at 25 reps then the total time at 50 reps.
Cash In:
5 min jogging, 5 min jumping rope, CFWU
WOD:
50 burpee pullups for time
25 reps 4:12.9 (split)
50 reps 10:06.2
This was a tough one….I put it off for a few days doing SEALfit stuff but I’m back on CrossFit
Bar was 8” above reach
Never got to the point of puking….I find my stomach doesn’t react that way, but I was definitely starting to slow down around 60-65 through to 85
Last 15 pushed me to total exhaustion.
