The mainpage of CrossFit directs new people here for help getting started. CF can be confusing enough for a newbie, we want to make it as easy as possible for them. We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies. If they show up here for the first time and have to wade through 5-10 posts before we have a chance to scale for them, it can make it more difficult.

These days there’s dudes gettin’ facials, manicured, waxed and botoxed. With deep spray-on tans and creamy lotiony hands you can’t grip a tackle box.
Yeah, with all of these men linein’ up to get neutered it’s hip now to be feminized. I don’t highlight my hair, I’ve still
got a pair. Yeah, honey I’m still a guy.
Oh my eyebrows ain’t plucked there’s a gun in my truck. Oh thank god, I’m still a guy.

I’m pretty happy about this, but I know I could do better. I ran 2 mi in 13:22 2-3 hours before this and I could’ve used more time to recover, ( my lungs were on fire) but this was the only time I could get to the gym today.

Man, I think CF is making me sadistic. I’m actually looking forward to this WOD. It really sounds fun on paper!

Should the bar touch the floor on multiple reps Deadlift series? I avoided it during the 3-3-3-3-3 workout the other day but my left knee bothered me for a couple of days afterwards.
Thanks

When you’re young, you look at television and think, There’s a conspiracy. The networks have conspired to dumb us down. But when you get a little older, you realize that’s not true. The networks are in business to give people exactly what they want. That’s a far more depressing thought. Conspiracy is optimistic! You can shoot the bastards! We can have a revolution! But the networks are really in business to give people what they want. It’s the truth.

i think your grip is going to become so wasted that you are going to need to touch the bar on the ground in order to regrip. Be careful of flying off the pullup bar too
