My callouses are about to rip off!  Went into that first set of pull-ups thinking that I would do the whole 50-40-30-20-10, but got to 35 and thought there’s no way!

We rested that last two days and hubby made up the double-under/back extension WOD, as RX’d, in 16:26 today!  He rocks!

I started eating paleo - 2 days ago. Felt really tired with my pull ups and eve cramped in my rhomboids. My wrists fatigued first?I wonder if it is the diet change or the fact that I am definitely getting faster and pushing myself to go faster? Guess I’ll find out…..

Ring rows are so hard, the range of motion is so much bigger than the beginner pull ups on the smith machine.
125# was heavy but glad i did that weight knowing my max is 155#
