Wow - hadnt done thrusters before
they are great - feel like incredible hulk showing off - well sort of
Row 500m with resistance at full = 10
Then 7 thrusters at 40kg = about 88lbs
3 rounds for time = 21:43
Thrusters were hard and had to take breaks
Problem is technique - like front squats
Can’t get the wrist bend yet which means holding with fingers and biceps not chest etc
Working on it smile

“Fight Gone Bad!”

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps) (subbed 10 pounds & 8 feet)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps) (subbed 45#)
Box Jump, 20” box (Reps) (subbed 14” box)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps) (subbed 45#)
Row (Calories)

Been out of the gym for a few days (headaches & sloth). Didn’t do the row b/c the rower was in use. I was going to sub burpees, but I was so gassed after 4 minutes, I couldn’t do it.

BJ:  13 - 10 - 11
PP:  17 - 14 - 10
Total 72 - 62 - 57 - 191

I didn’t end up on the floor gasping for air, but I was wiped out.
