Hey guys, I’ve been working on my double-unders and thought I’d drop a video of myself doing 15 consecutive ones

Any constructive criticism is greatly appreciated!!
Thanks in advance!

Try to keep from tuck jumping.  Just jump straight up and down and stay on the balls of your feet.  Look straight ahead and focus on something about eye level.

Your getting the work done, so there isnt really a problem there.  I think these cues will just make them easier.

Check out Buddy Lee on youtube.  You’ll be like him in no time.

You are doing a bit more work then you have to, but like Wolf said: you are doing the work. Smaller jumps and bring you hands down to your side and just use your wrists for the rotation. Very small detail work now, that’s it.
