So while I was on my trip this was my all bodyweight movements assigned by suit in a deck of cards, got this idea from on of the trainers at my local cf box

Jokers were run a mile, if you cant run for whatever reason take those out.
Aces=11 reps
Face cards=10 reps
Numbered cards=reps appointed by number on the card

Hearts=Handstand pushups, some days I didnt feel like doing these so I sub’d squats.
Spades=Burpees/ If you can do pullups sub those here
Diamonds=Pushups
Clubs=Situps
(feel free to mix n match all of them, if you got rings do ring dips or muscle ups)
Examples of a workout as many cards in (insert time here)
Or pull 3 to 5 cards and do anywhere from 5-10 rounds for time.

I did this just to mix it up instead of doing the same thing everyday.

Hope this helps some ppl cheers!

Hi Zooko,

I created a spreadsheet for you to list 10 random exercises and repetitions, using the probabilities for a deck of cards. My version basically draws a card, puts the card back in, and shuffles, before drawing another card (ie. “samples with replacement”), to keep it more random than sampling without replacement.

So if you’re traveling, and have a laptop, here you go: http://www.statisticool.com/deckexample.xls (safe for work, family, etc.) Feel free to edit it (exercises, probabilities, number of exercises) as needed.

Sincerely,

Justin

I’m guessing you don’t get back here often, either that or you have the slowest reading speed in human history. grin
