Just wondering how many folks “make” their equipment vs/ store bought items?  I made a lat pull station which I’ll get photos of and post tomorrow.  I was able to make the station for under $30.00.  I also picked up two HUGE skidder tires (Tires used on logging equipment) yesterday and will post their photos tomorrow also.  I’ll be able to do GHD exercises now and back extensions with these two tires.  I’ll also make a skid for one of the tires to sit on for pulling at a later date.
Who else makes their own stuff?

Moved this as I think this is a slightly more suitable place.
Not that Community was wrong, BTW.

Yes, quite a few people make their own equipment. I’ve just stopped work on my freestanding pull-up bar because I need to make another trip to the hardware store to exchange another set of bolts. You’d think:
a) I hadn’t measured anything before my first trip.
b) I couldn’t count.

At least it’s coming together slowly.

We have a few people’s home gym set-ups linked in this topic in the FAQ/Beginner’s Forum http://www.crossfitbrandx.com/index.php/forums/viewthread/8483/.

Hmm, I thought I had more in there. I know people sent me a bunch, I must have forgotten to include them. My apologies to everyone I’ve missed, I’ll track those down.
