The mainpage of CrossFit directs new people here for help getting started. CF can be confusing enough for a newbie, we want to make it as easy as possible for them. We ask you to be courteous and thoughtful of the newbies. If they show up here for the first time and have to wade through 5-10 posts before we have a chance to scale for them, it can make it more difficult.

I have never seen a plateau or stall in progress that cannot be attributed to improper rest and recovery or undisciplined nutritional intake.

Well I screwed up completely. Wanted to do as RX’d, but as I didn’t write it down, got the distances wrong! I’m such a turd sometimes. Plus it was raining, muddy, and my feet were freezing the whole time. Not good conditions for remembering stuff. </end excuses>

CD:
1500 meter walk
What a pain that was - the area that I was able to use was only 15m long so I had to make a lot of U-turns to finish this one!

2 miles morning run
18’14 : ( !!!
So mad, so bad
I had to decrease the speed at the end. Very frustrating to go over 18 min for a 2 mile run.
Back tonight for the back squat workout hopefully
