Griff would have killed me, I think. We did this babystep effort at January 29th’s WOD:
warm up run 1/2 mile
HSPU 3 reps (hey, we’re noobs)
airsquats AMRAP 3 mins (I did 70 and they hurt)
pull-ups AMRAP 2mins (I did 12 with lots of chin-up and kipping cheating)
push-ups (I did 50)
row 500m
