Griff would have killed me, I think.  We did this babystep effort at January 29th’s WOD:

warm up run 1/2 mile

HSPU 3 reps (hey, we’re noobs)
airsquats AMRAP 3 mins (I did 70 and they hurt)
pull-ups AMRAP 2mins (I did 12 with lots of chin-up and kipping cheating)
push-ups (I did 50)
row 500m

Keep going!

First time for Griff! and first time ever running Backwards more than a few steps

It was cold raining and foggy at the box at 0700 and the three of us that did this together must have confused that poor mom walking her 8yr old to the bus?
managed to stay with the youngsters through the second round than their 25+ age difference started to show

2/2/2010 - Crossfit WOD (Puppy)

Warmup: 5 min jumprope & 5 min w/ nunchuka (always loved playing with these things in college and found it’s a great way to warm up your top 1/2)
