Goals: 2xBW Deadlift (110426 - 255 lbs., 15 lbs. to go!), Fran as RX’d (all unassisted pull ups) sub 9 minutes (100912- as RX’d in 7:33), 1 Muscle-Up (as of 100912, nowhere near!)

Scaled as follows:

135 pound Thruster, 5 reps
20 Pullups and 20 Ring Dips
Run 400m

Rd1 = 4:33, Rd2 = 4:48, Rd3 = 5:14, Rd4 = 6:07, Rd5 = 6:14

Total Time = 27:06
