I just read an article by Tyler on Crossfit Journal…excellent. I have been attempting front lever progressions for few weeks now without too much success but will keep perservering. Interesting facts though….i thought it was mostly a core based skill but Tyler says to work on weighted pullups if lever progress stalls. He says when the weighted pullups get better (20% of BW), then the lever will get better. Not much abs in pullups….lever must be mostly lats.
I enjoy the rings and will continue to practice the skills…it’s helped my muscle ups already
