I’m looking for any and all feedback from those who have tried the Innov8 shoes.

What’s so different about them and a typical running shoe?
What do you do in them? WOD’s? Running?
How do they hold up?
Would you recommend them/buy them again?

I’m looking at the F-Lite 220.

Which model do you have (don’t know if you meant you have a pair of Innov8 shoes in general, or a pair of the F-Lite 220’s)?

I assume it’s safe to assume that you must like them if you still use them?

I have a pair. I’ll have to check the model when I get home. I love them !!  I use them for trail running and for lifting. I can’t use them for running on concrete sidewalks though - the sole is too hard.

There’s a reason they don’t call it “Fight Gone Good”.

I checked mine. I have the “Terroc something something 330”. And I’m disappointed in myself. I have nothing witty to contribute to this thread tonight.

They are great shoes. I highly recommend buying a pair.

I just placed my order for a pair of these bad boys.

Thanks for the input.
