Three things I noticed:
(1) Both vids, weight fell towards your toes.
(2) Seemed quad-centric. Since it looks like this is high bar, I can understand the more quad-centric movement. Still, work on hip drive by pushing your butt back.
(3) Push your knees out more.

And stand all the way up at the top.
The chief failing I can see is that you’re not initiating the movmetn by breaking at the hips first.
Your knees bend first. Don’t do that.
Send that butt back, then down, like you’re trying to sit on an a shaky deck chair behind you. It almost feels like your hips travel back down a 45 degree angle.
At the top you need to open those hip all the way up, so stand up tall. That isn’t going to make it any easier, but you are shorting ROM and it’s a bad habit to get into.
