Did this WOD today, going away for the weekend, maybe doing abit of skiing. Maybe I’ll have to do a CFWU or something to keep things stable while I’m gone (cabin trip with work up in the mountains).

Anyway
10 rounds for time of
10 Deadlifts 35kg (about 77 lbs)
10 push-up-progressions (knees) on an elevated surface (box 10-12”)
Total: 20:45,05

Some of the rounds were pretty ineffective. Push-ups are getting better but have to start doing them without knees to the ground (scary)

Have a good weekend everyone
