HAHAHA, very funny Lincoln rolleyes

IT went like this

Mastroj: Do you know who this is?
Client: Si, Donald Duck
Mastroj: Good, this is Donal duck’s Culo, I want your Culo to look like his culo
Client: Hra Hra Hra (he laughs like castro, I dont know how to spell ha in spanish) Si
Mastroj: Everyone today is all about (name withdrawn to respect privacy)‘s Culo

And yes this is exactly how the first 5 min of class went. Well all of the people who have been to more than 5 classes and have the squat down perfect I had do a workout on their own.

On a serious note, this worked very well. He did a bunch of full depth squats, I even got him to initiate the ascent with his hips! He got the donald duck culo thing right away but he kept putting alot of weight on the wall so I told him the wall was really just a sheet and if he puts too much weight on it then he will fall on his but. This worked very well. Thank you all who helped get me through this. I am very excited that this worked, you guys are awesome, I couldnt imagine what I could learn from you all in a couple sessions of shadowing. Jen at CFWatertown lets me go up there, help out, and shadow them whenever I ahve the chance which is an awesome experience.

Thanks again everyone.

You’ve no idea.

GD is a legend.
Kempie’s a legend in the making.

And I’m not even remotely exaggerating. Despite his growing reputation GD is still the most underrated man in CrossFit.

Maybe he should switch to Warner Bros. Cartoons. Less talk, more movement than the Disney characters!

I peg the Disney gang as a heel-strikers with excessive arm motion.

Now the Road Runner, that’s a classic example of foot strike under the body with a forward lean. He and Wiley both have that falling forward style.

I’ll grant you Goofy is a good weightlifter. He has an excellent overhead lockout position.

First and third are absolutely bang on - flubbed it with the second.  I’m just a lump that likes cartoons (though obviously not as much as Lincoln B!)  Thank heavens I have a kid otherwise I’d have no excuse ...

Mastroj - glad that worked and sounds like you had a load of fun with it.  Great stuff!! and i def needed the laugh i got from the mental image with the day I’ve been having.

Think I’m gonna rock out 150 ball slams for time - when I got taught these at HQ the cue I was given was to picture someones face that you hate right between your feet and imagine they are climbing up a castle wall that you are defending.  All you have is a big rock.  Now solve your security problem ...

Cheers, kempie

Come on Kinyaner, we can! Yea I’m young but in my experience 99% of everyones problems are mental. ITs usually not “I am willing to do whatever it takes but there is no solution” and more of I am going to bitch and bitch and bitch until someone decides to come along and solve my problem for me. And then when you offer them a solution for it, or even a possible solution for it they say no Im not going to do that I shouldnt have to. The people who do crossfit enable them selves to accomplish whatever task is put in front of them and in as little time as possible. They learn to stop bitching and start doing in the real world because its usually easier than what crossfit throws at them.

Sorry for the rant but I love this stuff!
