Couple things:
Yeah an apple is 2 blocks, because it’s so sweet.
One cup milk is one block of carbs because of the sugar-ish thing in it (lactose? It’s one of the -oses (fruct-ose, sucr-ose) so maybe that’s it?).
So you’re doing fine zone wise with those foods.
How many blocks are you doing?
How long have you been trying to do zone?
Have you lost any weight already?
