Couple things:

Yeah an apple is 2 blocks, because it’s so sweet. 

One cup milk is one block of carbs because of the sugar-ish thing in it (lactose? It’s one of the -oses (fruct-ose, sucr-ose) so maybe that’s it?). 

So you’re doing fine zone wise with those foods. 

How many blocks are you doing?

How long have you been trying to do zone?

Have you lost any weight already?

I’ve been trying since about last July/August. Was mobilized in September, and got in country in December.

I started at about 170, I’m at about 158 now. I’ve been doing 15 blocks.
